TES have over 150 direct, full time, field employees specialising in a range of disciplines to ensure that all types of projects can be managed by TES at all stages of the project.

Over 90% of our site based staff are dual skilled to ensure that work can be completed efficiently and in a timely manner, with minimum disruption to your operations.

All TES employees receive regular training to ensure that skill levels are maintained or improved in line with individual CPD targets. This policy ensures that staff remain at the cutting edge of technological advances.

All site based personnel have ‘Smartphones’ and laptops, enabling ongoing, effective communication.

Facilities & Equipment

TES have over 25,000 sqft of manufacturing and office facilities in locations including Co. Tyrone, Staffordshire, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Colchester.

TES also own and maintain over 55 vans throughout the UK. All vans are under 4 years old, receive regular maintenance, hold valid AA membership and include GPS vehicle tracking and Satellite navigation systems.

Vans are fully equipped with tools and equipment to complete the majority of repair and maintenance requirements.

All equipment owned by TES undergoes regular rigorous testing to ensure operation levels and safety is ensured at all times.

Stores & Stock

TES stores contain a range of items commonly used on TES projects to ensure that client downtime and disruption is kept to a minimum.
A comprehensive stock control system is in place in order to ensure a supply of items is always available. Mobile field engineers have vans replenished on a weekly basis.

TES have well established, long term relationships with suppliers and lead times are continually monitored. This enables control of stock level to be maintained at all times.

Contracts are in place with courier services throughout the UK and Ireland to ensure that items required for site repair can be dispatched and delivered to site within one working day.

Project Management

TES operate a comprehensive project management system to ensure that all projects are completed according to agreed time-scales and budgets. The intelligent system tracks and monitors all areas of project management including;

Manufacture

TES have over 22,000 sq ft manufacturing space, dedicated to providing high-end engineering solutions.  The bespoke facility comprises assembly workshops, fabrication units and testing and commissioning suites.

Health and Safety

At TES Health and Safety is considered to be the number one priority at all times.
The TES health and safety team monitor, record and report directly to TES Senior Management at all times and at all stages of project delivery.

A wide range of policies are in place and communicated to all employees at regular intervals to ensure that standards are maintained.
Regular, comprehensive health and safety training is provided to all TES employees to ensure that they can perform their necessary job functions safely at all times.
