TES, founded in 1999, are MEICA experts specialising in the Water and Wastewater treatment sector.
Following exceptional growth and investment in operations, TES established itself as a leading company within the industries it serves in the UK and Ireland. TES are continuing to expand internationally with notable success in areas including North Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Australia. The company now has a turnover in excess of £12m.
In recent years TES has invested heavily in the company’s infrastructure to deal with increased demand in the company’s products and services. TES now provides full MEICA services, from process design, project management and installation from purpose built manufacturing and office facilities in N. Ireland with further mirrored satellite facilities in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle Upon Tyne.
TES provide clients with an all encompassing service from initial project conception right through to design, construction, installation and maintenance.

TES corporate policy is to use direct labour in the vast majority of it’s operations, from design through to installation and operation. This provides clients and partners with the reassurance of our control over delivery throughout a projects lifecycle.
Over 90% of our site based staff are dual skilled (mechanical and electrical) to ensure that work can be completed efficiently and in a timely manner, with minimum disruption to your operations.
All TES employees receive regular training to ensure that skill levels are maintained or improved in line with individual CPD targets. This policy ensures that staff remain at the cutting edge of technological advances.
TES have over 25,000 sqft of manufacturing and office facilities in locations including Co. Tyrone, Staffordshire and Newcastle Upon Tyne.
All TES projects are managed by in-house staff, both head office, regional office and site based. TES operate a comprehensive project management system to ensure that all projects are completed according to agreed time-scales and budgets. Health & Safety
At TES Health and Safety is considered to be the number one priority at all times.
The TES health and safety team monitor, record and report directly to TES Senior Management at all times and at all stages of project delivery.
A wide range of policies are in place and communicated to all employees at regular intervals to ensure that standards are maintained.
Regular, comprehensive health and safety training is provided to all TES employees to ensure that they can perform their necessary job functions safely at all times.
